HL-R Series Guide Wheel Round Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine adopts PLC program control, servo feeding and servo stop-cutting. It uses multiple groups of horizontal and vertical straightening wheels for straightening, with the vertical ones being driving wheels for excellent straightening results. The closed knife ensures flat cutting surfaces. Depending on the material rigidity, users can choose between servo motor or hydraulic cutting methods. The machine can also be customized into an integrated system for straightening, press-forming, cutting, punching, and forming according to specific requirements.

Suitable for traceless straightening of soft metal wires such as gold, silver, copper, iron, aluminum, and nickel, as well as traceless straightening and blanking of short metal shafts made of stainless steel, carbon steel, bearing steel, etc.
